Let me introduce you to Martha & Jorge. You will be seeing more of them in the near future. This session was a bit different for me, let me explain. This couple is already married and they have 2 beautiful children. They renewed their vows to each other in the presence of their family, friends and God. {very romantic} My hubby and I were blessed as always to be part of such wonderful occasions. First this photo shoot to document their love and second, their 2nd wedding. Wedding pictures coming soon. For now enjoy their {{{slideshow}}} and some of my favorite pictures.

Natalie & Genesis
It's been forever and a day since I've blogged. The funny thing is, I have so much to blog about but no time to do it. I am not complaining in any way, I am thankful for this busy season of my life and I only have God to thank. My photography business is growing and I am appreciative of everyone who has trusted me to document their lives.
On to the pictures..........
Here are the beautiful duo Natalie and Genesis. I had a great time hanging out with both of them on this day. Genesis was the perfect little model which always makes my day. Her enthusiasm and excitement was evident with every push of my shutter. I look forward to more portrait sessions with her. =) The rainy, cloudy weather created beautiful light and here is the proof.
As I was editing I decided to split up their pictures and make 2 slideshows. The first, a mother daughter SLIDESHOW and the second SLIDESHOW was especially made for little Genesis who will turn 6 in a few weeks.

Sloth
Today was a long day. I've been up since 3:02 a.m. I'm usually home by 2:45 p.m. but since I had something to do after work I didn't get home till after 3:30. Needless to say, I was tired. I took a nap, watched a movie, snacked on mexican candy and then I found myself sitting here with nothing to do. I was actually bored. I didn't feel like doing anything but I knew that I needed to do something. Idleness is not good. I guess you can say that I was feeling slothful. So I forced myself to get up. I should've gone for a walk but I didn't feel like getting dressed and leaving the house besides my hair was way to frizzy and It was too hot to wear a hat. I did the next best thing I got on my iMac and started to go through my hard drive once again. I was pleasantly surprised to come across this set. I took pictures for a "7 deadly sins" concept shoot back in November. Rebekka who represented SLOTH was by far one of my favorites of the day. I know that these pictures are all very similar (they wanted a specific look and angle) but I think they are each unique in their own special way. I love her hair!

Jaylee
This is Jaylee after her afternoon nap (which would explain her beautiful bed head hair). She is so precious to me and she also happens to be my favorite model. She is soooo photogenic and I love that she poses herself which makes shooting her effortless.
This is my favorite picture of this set

The Francos
I had the pleasure of shooting portraits for the Franco family a couple of months ago. It was a blessing to see the love that they have for each other and their two beautiful blessings from God.
